Hey there peeps! So for today's question I was asked... What happens in a 1-on-1 session?

The 1-on-1's are as much fun as classes except all the focus is on you! For 30 or 60 minutes we will work together on a more individual basis. I will help guide you through a session we have worked together to build, towards a specific goal, for example: flexibility in picking things up off the floor. This may sound easy to some but for others this can be a real daily struggle.

No question is ever a bad question, so just a couple of final points about 1-on-1’s:

  • You don't have to wear the most up to date, flashy kit, or trainers. Preferably something fitted and flexible!

  • The sessions don't have to be just 1-on-1; they can be done in small groups too.

  • And finally all I ask is - a willingness and commitment to try!
